Registration

International students must show proof of health insurance.
Pick up or download the course registration form. It is to be completed each semester (Graduate program, Korean language) or quarter (ESL and IT).
Review the class schedule and register for the classes for the pertaining semester/quarter. Class schedule may be found at http://www.iic.edu (web address) or you can obtain one at the registrar's office.
Submit the course registration form with the tuition payment. A receipt for the payment will be issued.
On-line students will be register to appropriate classes and will be emailed a user name and a password which they can change if desired.

Registration Policies & Procedures

Registration Deadline - Registration period begins 2 weeks prior and ends 2 weeks after the 1^st day of instruction.
Transcript Request – Students may request copy of transcript at any time. The first copy is provided free of charge.
TRANSCRIPT FEES:
$10.00 per copy for 5-7 days processing,
$5.00 additional copy
$15.00 per copy for 48 hours rush order
The completed form may be faxed or mailed with the payment to registrar's office.
Add/Drop – Students who are adding/dropping courses must complete Add/Drop form. Courses may be added/dropped up to the 3^rd week of the semester without any penalty. Deadline to Add/Drop is 6^th week with prorated tuition refund.
Withdrawal from courses – After the 6^th week, students must complete a Withdrawal from Courses Form and will be assessed $20.
Official Withdrawal from IIC – Students must file a ‘Withdrawal from IIC' in order for the withdrawal to be official.
Graduation Clearance – Students must be approved by the Program Director prior to applying for the Graduation Application.
